We have 620 students at our school from Kindergarten to Grade 6(5-13year olds). There are 24 classes. We also learn French. We have a Junior and Senior Choir and an Ensemble. We play a lot of sports at school and our children represent the School, Albury District and Riverina Region. Some of our children have also represented NSW. We start school at 9:00am and finish at 3:00pm.
Our school year has 4 terms. We are in 4th Term now and finish our year in 2 weeks. This is when our long summer break starts. We don't return to school until the end of January when we will start in the next Grade with new teachers. Lots of us will go the the Coast for holidays and be with our extended families. In Albury we are on the Murray River and its a great place to cool off when the day is very hot. Sometimes our summer days are over 40degC. We are also not far from the Australian Alps and on a fine day in winter you can see the snow.
